Twas a pretty uneventful day. Except for the fact, I FINALLY submitted for SXSW (South By Southwest) Music Festival for 2009.

Hope it works out! Other than that, your lowly janitor, Ill Eagle the Anti-Rapper, just did the usual and jammed some albums to help me through the work.
Its come to my attention that I must disspell some myths about being a janitor. I don’t wear a jumpsuit or any kind of uniform. I dont have to deal with nasty shit. Basically I make really good money to vaccuum an entire building. On with the albums: Joe Budden Halfway House Joe Budden is always going to be in my top 5 MCs. His flow is second to none. He has that increasingly rare ability to switch between mind-numbing club numbers and extra lyrical affairs.
Name: Original Pirate Material [2002] [320 kbps] www.realniggaz.ru.rar. Size: 119.35 MB Uploaded: 15:06. Last download: 19:43.
His voice absolutely commands the listeners attention. Halfway House is Joe’s latest release.

I found it to be rather enjoyable, with one overwhelming flaw. Hooks are few and far between on this release. Its like, since he’s known as a lyrical guy, he abandoned all attempts at making a catchy song. I wish there was something to remember from the album. However, lyrically the man does not disappoint.
And Slaughterhouse, which features Joell Ortiz, Royce Da 5’9, and Crooked I (Plus some other kid i think) is exactly what you think it is. Marnie Stern This Is It and I Am It and You Are It and So Is That and He Is It and She Is It and It Is It and That Is That I SWEAR thats the actual title. Marnie Stern is an indie rock goddess on Kill Rock Stars. It is no hyperbole when I say she reminds me of Eddie Van Halen. It also harkens to Fall of Troy if they had a female lead singer. Its an extremely enjoyable album.
She manages to take the guitar finger tapping gimmick and actually compose songs around it with her band. Her vocals are very interesting and energetic. I’m very intrigued to see what her live show is like. Queens Of the Stone Rated R Nicotine, valiuum, vicodin, marijuana, ecstacy, and ALCOHOL! I remember this being one of the first full length albums I downloaded. (I also remember jerking off to the video for “Feel Good Hit of the Summer”.
I know its a cartoon. This was before I was 18 and before XVideos.com!) Anyways, this album is a perpetual summer favorite for me. Whenever I hear “The Art of Keeping A Secret”, my mind just goes to driving down US 20 (my ultimate summer drive) toward Michigan City, Indiana. Josh Homme has one of my favorite frontman voices in rock today. And Nick Oliveri plays some of the sickest basslines on a rock record. Also, “Monster In Your Parasol” sounds like the name of a Beatles record, and they still managed to make that an awesome song. Dan Deacon Spiderman of the Rings For the most part, I tend to agree with magazines and websites that review items.
But there are times when I just don’t get the hype for certain artists. Dan Deacon falls squarely into that category. His music is kind of glitch, kind of electro stuff that Pitchfork for some reason can’t stop fellating every chance they get. I imagine if there was artwork or something to accompany the pieces, I could fall in line and worship at the man’s temple too. But all I have hear is a boring electro record. And I’m usually the one DEFEND electronic music to all my friends.
Don’t get me wrong. This record isn’t an incomplete abortion. I just found it kind of boring. The Streets A Grand Don’t Come For Free After spending some time with the Streets’ newest recorded, Everything Is Borrowed (which, if your curious, kinda blows), I came back to check out what stands, in my mind, as the greatest story record of all time. Its kind of beyond trying to classify The Streets. He’s kind of hip-hop, kind of garage, and just kind of pop.
But the story told on these songs might be the most well composed and detailed story ever told on a record. Even minute details I’m STILL picking up, and I’ve listened to the thing about 14 times. “Blinded By The Lights” still pulls at my heart everytime it comes on. “Fit But You Know It” is also quite the interesting track, buoyed by these bouncing guitars that require you to dance. I go back and forth between this and Original Pirate Material for which one stands alone as my favorite Streets album. But since this one just got played, gonna ride this out!
When you first start checking out what is available on the internet it can be confusing. On Blogs you will often see links to music (MP3's) and full albums or full CD's to the following sites: Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, Megashare, Depositfiles, Sendspace, Hotfile, Badongo, Turboupload, Yousendit etc.
All of these sites want you to pay to join them, however they can be used to free. Stick the link (copy and paste) in your browser (or in some cases simply click the the link).
You will be taken to a page that will offer you free or 'premium' option. Go for the free. Some sites (e.g Megaupload) will aske you to enter a short, displayed code. You will now have to wait for the time the screen tells you. When the countdown finishes click 'download now'. Your music is now downloading. When it finishes it will be either a file ending in.zip or.rar.
Windows will open.zip. If it is.rar file then download 7zip (google it), it's free and it works or buy Winrar.
On some sites there are limits on how often you can download a file. (Not mediafire).
unplugging the internet and restarting it may cheat the limits. Let me now how you get on.
